Why is the nose ring inaccessible to other sims except ash harjo?
When I was editing ash harjo they seem to have a nose ring that I cannot get up on the accessories am I doing something wrong?

- @bsmythiwiggle Could be some career/skill unlock. Not sure though. Maybe someone else knows better.
