recurrent MCCC Last Exception

I'm getting a Last Exception every time I load into my main family's lot. People in the deaderpool's discord can't seem to know what it is, so I'm bringing the discussion here.

I tried to uninstall all of my mods and leave only the latest version of MCCC, but the error still occurs. It happens only with one family and one lot specifically.

I tried repairing the game, saving the household into the gallery only to delete them from the game and bring them back on, move out of the lot and come back. Nothing worked.

Here is the file containing the LE. I hope someone can help me get rid of it since these notifications drive me nuts. Thanks.
