ABXY Buttons not working halfway through build a sim (Xbox One)

I’m trying to create new sims and every time I get halfway through my ABXY buttons all stop working. They work everywhere else on Xbox One just not in the Sims 4 app. I have tried:  • Turning contro...

Hi @MarleyD0815 

Is this happening on all lots you're trying to build on, or only one? Have you tried a brand new save file as well?

@EA_Solaire This happened exactly the same to me using an old save file creating a new household in newcrest.
