Buying packs for Sims 4

I play on Xbox and I really want the my first pet stuff pack. I've looked around on ea site and Amazon etc, it doesn't have pet stuff available separately for Xbox. Problem is when I got my sims 4 base game disc it came with cats and dogs. Will I be charged for the cats and dogs pack again or will it register that I own it and only charge me the 10 bucks for the stuff pack? I really don't wanna miss out on that pack since it's the last stuff pack I need and I love all the items in it.

    @Mamabearbrit   Hi!  I did a bit of research and found a somewhat older thread that indicates there might be a problem with this.

    There's a tag in the subject line that the issue was fixed but I don't see the solution post.  However, it seems like you should be able to purchase the bundle that includes Cats & Dogs but only be charged for the stuff pack since you already own C&D.  Just based on what I've read, you might try purchasing the bundle directly from the Xbox / Microsoft site to see if you're only charged for the MFP pack.  If you're charged for the whole bundle, then you should be able to contact Microsoft for a refund.

    Thank you I appreciate your reply. I do only use the Microsoft store to buy my packs I'm wary of others tbh. I will have to try that. Ea shoulda just included that pack or given us that stuff as an update. Didn't know it'd be so hard to aquire.😂

    @Mamabearbrit   You're welcome!  It's very odd that they've made it this complicated.  I have TS4 for PS4 and the MFP pack is available in the store separately.  Not bragging or anything, I just don't see why it would only be available as part of a bundle for Microsoft.  Good luck!  I hope you're able to get that pack without too much trouble.

    Idk why either. But it bums me out 😂 unless I'm not looking hard enough but I've bought other packs before so it wasn't hard for those packs but I'm determined to get that pack eventually 😅

    Hey there @Mamabearbrit,

    Cats & Dogs and My First Pet Stuff is currently only available in a bundled option on both the Xbox and PlayStation store. For Xbox players that want to buy My First Pets Stuff, you can add the Cats & Dogs bundle with My First Pets Stuff to your cart directly from the Xbox store on your console, and only be charged for My First Pets Stuff at checkout.

    Thanks so much I'm glad I won't be charged for the pack that I already have. I was worried about that
