Can’t see inside my house or get my sims to go inside my house

I have recently purchased the Get Famous pack on console and built a mansion in the largest lot on in the pinnacles, but for some reason my sims can’t get into my house I can’t scale up into the floo...

I had the same problem all I did was, go to manage worlds play as an different family then go back and it worked. I could see the inside of my house after I did that.

@GonzoPixel When you moved the family did you play them on the new lot or did you just do it all from Manage Worlds?

@GonzoPixel sounds correct for moving a household in to a lot. Can you use your Sims phone to move household and move them to another lot? Make sure you select "Sell furniture" when you move. You can move them to an empty lot even. Once there in the new lot, select your Sims phone and move the household back to the lot you want them to live at permanently. See if the lot works properly then.
