CAS unresponsive

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%) What is your current game version number? 2.4.3....

Hi @AgnesValravn , does this happen everytime you use the CAS feature? I'm hoping this can be a one-off issue, but let me know if this keeps happening.

    @EA_Cath This was the second time it happend, so it happens very rarely, I restarted the game and it worked fine again.

      @AgnesValravn Ok good! Let us know if that happens again. That could just be a random freezing issue that can happen on consoles.
