Control panels keep disappearing

Hey, I've been playing on console for years, starting way back with Sims 3 on Xbox 360 and now Sims 4 on Xbox One. Recently, I've been experiencing some really annoying glitches in my game. One major bug is that it won't let me save my game at all. I'll play for about 30 minutes, try to save, and then all my progress is lost. Another issue is that my control panels keep disappearing. If I exit build mode, go to a new lot, or take a photo, the game glitches and all my control panels vanish. I've already updated the game and recently bought 3 new expansion packs, but these issues were happening even before I got the new packs. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    I have the same issue, its very random and can be triggered by going to build mode or travelling - XBOX Series X

    Mine eventually turns into nothingness, the game still runs, audio is fine, tool tips still show up

    No literally same the control panels disappear idk what to do anymore. I always have to restart my game.

    I'm experiencing the same issue on console. It doesn't allow my game to save at all and I lose all progress. I've restarted the game 3 times already but the same issue keeps occurring.  I thought traveling to other lots would at least auto save but the game crashes then too!
