Corrupted Save File wont load past opening load screen.

So for the last 2 hours I've been trying to play the sims 4 on PS5, I've resetted, cleared cache, reinstalled. Now everything over 300 hours of game play is practically gone, it's been confirmed that...

    Hi Burnzii44​ 

    Unfortunately if your save game has become corrupt, there isn't a way to restore that progress. You would need to delete the corrupted save file and continue playing on a new save instead.

    I have done that and made new one works alot better now.
