Crack this Code

Does anyone know what this code means…Xbox series s, Sims 4, seems to come up on Dine out game pack! Code was generated but neither Xbox or EA Games will say it’s their code… Help!

Does this error pop up when trying to load into one particular household or family? Are you seeing any crashing as well?
