    Hi all,

    Enchanted by Nature has now fully launched and should be accessible to play.

    If you're still having any issues accessing the pack, please let me know.

In Australia it's been released as of 3am today, I'm also having issues with it. 

Stating to download to use but clicking on it saying owned already and have it installed on my console but still says download to use, I've deleted the game and redownloaded the game and all packs again but still not working, kinda frustrating we've paid for this so the least they could do is make sure it works.

HelloSamybear4991​ In Australia, the time it will be released is at 3a.m. July 11th ( not today, Australia time) You are unable to play it until then.
