    Hi all,

    Enchanted by Nature has now fully launched and should be accessible to play.

    If you're still having any issues accessing the pack, please let me know.

I preordered Enchanted by Nature and pre installed is weeks ago, now that it's released nothing in game shows I own the pack. I've uninstalled and reinstalled EVERYTHING sims related on my Xbox hoping that would work but it didn't. There was an update today on release and I did that, still nothing. What do I do?
