    Hi all,

    Enchanted by Nature has now fully launched and should be accessible to play.

    If you're still having any issues accessing the pack, please let me know.

I was playing with the expansion pack just fine up until just a moment ago when I decided to adjust my screen size settings in the game. Then it randomly crashed and now won't start up. So then I decide to use the "repair" option in the EA app and now it's giving me this error saying I don't even own it??? Uh, I just checked my credit card statement and I definitely got charged $39.99 and I WAS JUST PLAYING IT! What you mean it's not there???? I sent an email to EA help and hoping they can fix this issue. But I can't even INSTALL IT because it says I don't even own it! HELP!
