MichaelMellDaGrl If you're game-sharing, the extra content is only available for the PSN account that purchased the pack- it won't be shared across accounts.

Please check the transaction history for your account to verify where these packs were purchased.

I'm the only one that uses my ps4, so I purchased them on my account

and they were in my game when I bought the pack, they're just no longer there

In that case you'll need to get in contact with PlayStation support so they can look over your billing and account details and see why this content isn't available for you.
