Error meaning ?

I’m playing on PS4 no mods, no expansion packs yet ... I was about 2hrs into game play checking on my new daughter sim’s family (she’s engaged to Alex goth With a baby and one on the way so I’m tryna merge both households and make them Super rich) anyway... my main sim disappeared so when I went to switch control I got this error (see attachment). I restarted my PS4 3x’s and before that I closed and reopened the game a couple times....is this a result of the new update ?? EA please fix soon I don’t get a lot of time to play I was so hurt I couldn’t game today 

I've had the exact same problem just right now. My 100 baby challenge save. Been playing for a couple weeks. Many hours of game play. Do not want to lose my progress up to 16 kids and would hate to have to restart. This is my third try lol 

XBox One for me.  Can't load my household,  receive same error message. Happens with every save file I have- my main and 2 back ups.... Also,  my sim has peed fire and "Go to work" doesn't work- my sim will not go to work no matter what (she's in the law profession). Yesterday I had a similar issue when saving (file refused to save and recommended reloading,  but when I did exit and attempt to reload, poof, no file 🤷),  I lost an entire year worth of saves and back ups... So,  I deleted every file I had, completely wiped my saved data and started from scratch and things ran smoothly for about 3 hours, but now having this loading issue. Are you experiencing any of these other issues?

Same problem for me on Xbox One. I installed University and Island living yesterday after the new patch. I'm a relatively new player but have made a lot of progress and keep getting this error message when I swap between lots or try to save my games. 

Edit : I now can't access my saves at all ☹️

@KDumas2786 @xlxNissYxlx @KimberlyMFNobody @Taylinh92 @nylaevonn Hold on to your erroring saves. I believe this issue is tied to the current bug with saves not loading. The error codes and saves not loading came with the patch we just received.  

PC has been hotfixed, console is waiting for the hotfix. Please be patient.

I’ve been trying to play my game for a whole day now. Highly upset not new to sims at all and this error message similar to everyone else’s have been coming up and I can’t load my family. I’m on Xbox one.. when will you guys fix this? How long do we have to wait..? 

Hi everyone! We just had a patch released for console. Please update to V1.26. It may also help to power down your console completely and even unplug it for a minute before relaunching the game.

If you are still receiving this error code can you please let me know!

Having this same error code 134:c8640a95:5aee4535 issue cant load at all want let me load the house hold or travel anywhere everytime its about to load same error code pops up and tell me to relaunch and i restart and it does the same thing please help EA
