On my Mac its saying that I never even purchased it, even though I preordered it back in June and they've taken my money already. I've tried signing out of my origin account and nothing changes. Every time I tried to go to EAs contact page I keep getting an error code. It has officially released in my time zone. I'm pissed

@leuerk I preordered my pack as well, and it's doing the same damn thing to me on my laptop. I'm furious that this is happening to more than a few people. The game is asking me to preorder and pay for the pack AGAIN, even though my EA account says it's been purchased and is processing.
