Hey all,

This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

@MrsxGreendiamond Have you or anyone actually received feedback about this issue. I'm having the same as well. I have all expect 4 packs and it started after I purchased university. I just wanna play😭😭😔! I hope if it isn't fixable we get refunds, these expansions are not cheap!!

@niikaniiika I’ve not yet, but it seems to be across all platforms so hopefully it’ll get resolved soon. 🤞😑🤞

@MrsxGreendiamond Okay, yes my crash is happening on Xbox one console. I agree, I think its an update issue. I sent a bug report to them, maybe I'll hear something, it says they don't respond to bug reports only feedback 🤦 I just want to know if they are aware of the issue
