I updated to the newest version and downloaded a new pack but for some reason I can’t go onto the gallery. It says unable to go online. There’s no Internet connection available. Please make sure you have a working Internet connection to access online content, even though it says that I have Internet connection and all my other games have Internet connection When playing so not sure what that’s about.? (:
Been on the official discord and it seems everyone on consoles it’s telling us there is no internet connection. We can’t claim from the event either because that also requires connection
i have the same problem since yesterday. i thought it was because i installed snowy escape since that's when the gallery fails to function but i guess not, im glad its a public problem and not some bug that only i have. i hope they fix it soon bcs i cant rely on my building skills
So everyone on console is having this problem, makes me feel a lil better. I wanted to collect my event rewards but I can't cause no internet connection. EA please fix this 🥺
