Game Break after entering CAS

I’d like to start this off with that I play on Xbox. I feel like I won’t be able to properly explain what’s going on but any time I enter CAS from live mode my game starts freaking out. I can’t toggle cursor mode so I can’t actually click anything, if I try to enter the pause menu it pops up but doesn’t actually pause the game (normally background behind the menu potions darkens and it’s not doing that. I can’t save, can’t exit CAS unless I toggle cursor like 6 times and move to the exit CAS. Now once I am finally able to exit CAS the pause menu is still broken. Sometimes when I had this issue from past updates, entering manage worlds would fix it but that just makes the screen go black (world speed and everything else is still there but everything else is black.) I did have cas.fulleditmode active and tried to enter without it active after I had to fully quit my game and it was still an issue. 

not sure if any of that made sense but if anyone else is having this issue PLEASE tell me how to fix it :)
