This started up around 3 in the morning on June 4, a day after the new patch was released on June 3rd.
I've tried everything. Unplugging the xbox, restarting it but nothing has worked.
Need help. I don't wish to lose 3 years of gameplay due to this issue.
@DejaCulpepper PC has been hotfixed already, we just have to wait for the patch to come to console. Do not delete your saves if they loaded fine and you had no issues before the patch.
Check all your saves to see if any load, as this issue is not affecting all saves. In the mean time you can play a save that loads or start a new save. The saves that are affected by this issue should still be okay after the patch.
any update on when the console patch will come out?
nearly a week i haven't been able to play my game, xbox is having a sale and i really wanted to buy another extension pack, but i will not be purchasing anything until this is fixed!
please there's thousands like me that need this issue fixed ...
same thing has happened to me, if this isnt resolved soon i will need a full refund as sims is not a cheap game to invest in, months of play and i cant afford to loose it all!
that update forum dont do nothing, none of them options are on my xbox console, somebody needs to upload a step by step video on how to fix this problem, ever since the new update everything has crashed!
