As The Sims is a single player game, there is no online cloud save- your saves are stored locally to your console's memory. If your save has been deleted, unfortunately there is no way to restore that save file and you'd need to continue playing on a new save instead.

As we've previously mentioned, restoring your save files is not possible. Once those save files have been deleted, there is no way to restore them- through cloud saves or even a rollback.

As for your Kits- did you purchase those from the Xbox store, or from Marketplace? Did you check your Xbox purchase history?

There's an option on Xbox Series X to delete the save file only from the console. It should still be on the Xbox servers and will download from there after starting the game again. I've done it a couple of times.
