Grey llama on apartment

I am also having an issue with the Jasmine Suits Apartment in San Myschuno, it’s been like this for a while where for some reason when I click on it, it just has this grey llama icon over it. I hones...

I’m honestly not sure how save files work, I have been playing the same save since 2018. I did click new game and then I loaded back into my current save but this didn’t fix the problem

From the main menu of the game, are you clicking New Game button, or are you clicking Load Game or Resume?

      Are you being taken into CAS once you do this, or is it loading straight into your older save?
