Grey llama on apartment

I am also having an issue with the Jasmine Suits Apartment in San Myschuno, it’s been like this for a while where for some reason when I click on it, it just has this grey llama icon over it. I hones...

From the main menu of the game, are you clicking New Game button, or are you clicking Load Game or Resume?

    Are you being taken into CAS once you do this, or is it loading straight into your older save?

        I'm so sorry, I was mis-reading your previous reply! ☹️

        Rather than loading into your previous save, please test the brand new save file, and let me know if the grey llama is appearing on this lot in the new save file as well.
