I'm so sorry, I was mis-reading your previous reply! ☹️
Rather than loading into your previous save, please test the brand new save file, and let me know if the grey llama is appearing on this lot in the new save file as well.
No worries! Okay so I have clicked new game and the apartment block was normal I could see it and move in, and so I went back to main menu and loaded into my original save and the grey llama is still there what should I do?
