help

I got the Sims as CD(had the cats and dogs pack with it) on my PS4 a few years ago but the CD has now broken but as the Sims is now free, I was able to download it from the App Store and log back into my account but the pack of cats and dogs hasn’t come back with it.

what do I do?

Hey there Sarahdegirlo

The disk version of a pack doesn't grant your account digital access, so in order to play again you'd need to either get a new replacement disk, or purchase the pack digitally instead.
