House in fairy world completely inaccessible

Question

I had moved a family into greenwood hamlet residential and then moved them out accidentally taking the furniture. I tried to fix it by going into another save and and saving the house to my library but when i went into build mode and it said I don't own the content, which I 100% do this house is part of the new nature pack WHICH I PREORDERED ITS 1000% THERE ALL THE CONTENT. I started a completely new save and made a new sim and moved them into the house and its completely ruined now, it used to be a beautiful fairy house and its now full of generic wallpaper and items and I KNOW that I own the stuff I can see it in my build mode. I just want Greenwood Hamlet Residence to reset back to normal but I don't even know what the problem is

Did you swap to a different PlayStation account, or are you still logged into the same account that had originally purchased the pack?
Let's try the following as well:

Restore the licenses on your console&nbsp;
Go to your&nbsp;Game Library&nbsp;
Scroll to&nbsp;Your Collection
Select&nbsp;The Sims 4
Scroll down to&nbsp;Add-Ons&nbsp;and locate your DLC here
Select the DLC in this list and select&nbsp;Install
When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

I tried restoring licence (i didn't know that was a thing thank you) but it hasn't worked&nbsp;

And I have just checked and the issues now are across all pre installed fairy houses&nbsp;

Im also not sure if its connected or not but the game has been crashing everytime I play it since the issue&nbsp;
