How do I contact support for sims 4 on xbox one?
How to a contact a support team?..my xbox one wont fully load my game it gets suck at 33 percent, the only way i can play it is when i turn my net off.....please maxis, please fix this, i spent an awful lot of money on these 85 packs...I'd like to play it....... it was working fine all the way up to sept 1st, now it wont work. I have uninstalled and re-installed all the packs (which took 5 hours) and it still did not solve the issue.
