How do I contact support for sims 4 on xbox one?

How to a contact a support team?..my xbox one wont fully load my game it gets suck at 33 percent, the only way i can play it is when i turn my net off.....please maxis, please fix this, i spent an aw...

the answer you gave actually messed up my save file and I had to delete it and the game is still not working...I need to speak with someone who handles these things, but thank you for your response.
