Keep losing my progress: error CE-34878-0

I am fed up of losing my progress every single time! This error appeared 4 times, and I only play a few hours. I keep saving my game every few minutes. I just got new packs, and I can't even enjoy...

Wish someone would address this, but no one from EA will. Apparently this has been an issue for many console Simmers for a couple YEARS now, and they don't even give updates on whether or not they're working on it. The service is terrible. Live chat agents read from a script and every single one will tell you to do the same things you've already done twenty times, tell you to contact either Sony or Microsoft/Xbox because it just HAS to be a console problem even though Sims 4 is the ONLY game crashing and does it with new saves and on other ps4 consoles including one brand new from the store. They can't even admit it's their product with the issue.

Hopefully you'll have better luck then the rest of us getting this resolved.

  For some months, I am having a hard time with my Sims 4 on PS4. It keeps crashing with the same error CE 348780... I am continually losing my progress! 😡😠
  I attached a photo with a statement of how many times it is happening today, during my playtime. I was playing 4h, and it crashed 4 times. However, for me to safe some of my achievements, I need to keep saving the game every 10 minutes.
  I checked everything that they advised me to and all updates on my PS4 and TS4 are up to date.
  I just bought an additional extension (Realm Magic, Parenthood, Eco Life, University, Get Famous) through the PS4 store and I can't enjoy it at all!
  Any solutions?
