Loading screen that claims to adjust the graphics

So the loading screen that claims to adjust the graphics on console pops up during gameplay every time it pops up the graphics and items in game becomes worse saving, traveling, and going into cas can cause this issue as well this been happening to me every since business and hobbies came out please fix this issue I tried everything that I possibly can and nothing works sending me to other sites is no good either it just shows me I’m not alone and that the issue for those who are going through this hasn’t gotten resolved sadly
