Missing game packs

In my sims game it’s saying I don’t own any of the packs I have previously owned. All the ones I don’t have in my game are showing in my Xbox game library but not in game. The ones that are missing i...

    @isobelanstey 

    I'd recommend you get in contact with Microsoft support so they can look over your account's transaction details to see what's happening with your packs- here, we wouldn't have access to view any of your purchases made on your Xbox to investigate with you.

I am currently game sharing but all these packs were bought on the account that are missing. The packs I’m missing are ones I have bought with Xbox vouchers so I can’t find them in my history. Is there a way of seeing what I have bought on my Xbox with vouchers?
