I’ve logged onto sims 4 after not using it for nearly a year and two of my packs have disappeared im not happy i either want a FULL refund or my packs back with something for free because I’ve never had any problems with sims 4 till now!

hi, sorry to butt in but I'm having the exact same problem on xbox - haven't played in a while, but now my Vampires and Realm of Magic packs are prompting me to "purchase", unlike the rest of my installed packs. I've never had problems with either of these, the former in particular something I have used in every game. Thank you :)

First please check that all your content is fully installed with these steps:
Next, head into Marketplace-> My Collection-> Pack Selection and make sure your packs are enabled there.
