My expansion packs are now saying not owned xbox one

Iv been playing on my console for awhile now iv bought a few packs and now i started my game up today and there saying not owned. Iv tryed to clear the cache and Iv restarted but nothing is fixing it...

Same here. I lost my Eco Lifestyle and Horse Ranch packs so I restarted my xbox and those two came back but then I lost Realm Of Magic.  I had 5 sims without clothing and another 5 bald heads.
