My packs are missing

Back in 2023 to 2024 I bought the packs Cats and Dogs, My first pet, Seasons, Vampires, High school years, Cottage living, Island living, Outdoor Retreat, Spooky, Little campers kit, laundry day and toddler stuff on my Xbox I haven't played Sims4 in a while till recently so I was surprised to see all those packs missing I only have a few of my packs. I tried everything like restarting my Xbox and trying to uninstall my packs but it made it worse saying I don't own them on the app store or the market place in Sims4 I spent a lot of money of them so it's upsetting to be told I have to buy them again when I already bought them in the past. Thank you for you're time I would be thankful for any help to fix this.

    Were you previously game-sharing these packs? If they're showing as unowned through the app store, it sounds like you may be logging into a different Xbox account.

    Please look over the transaction history for your Xbox here, if the packs aren't showing, then you'd need to either re-enable game-sharing or login to the Xbox account that originally purchased these packs.
