I'm sorry if I caused confusion because I logged in with the account I was playing on my PC. However, this bug was found in the console.
This bug is observed in the save data where EP01 to EP11, GP01 to GP08, GP10, GP11, SP01, SP03 to SP17, SP29, and SP30 have been introduced in my account rito0521.
The pasted screenshot was taken on PS5.
There is no way to prove it, but it is a bug observed on the console, so I wrote it on the forum.

Turn off Your system completely, let it sit for a few minutes and power it back on.
Check that your game is fully updated:
- Go to the PlayStation home screen.
- Highlight the game you're playing and press the Options button on your controller.
- Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.
- Restart the Console completely.
Make sure your console system software is up to date.
- Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
