So I did do that and got almost every pack that I did have (I am on PlayStation so I have to buy them) it still did not give me the island pack I bought and is saying I never bought it but I definitely did! Same with city living I lost that one the same day I bought it. So pretty much I now have the little paranormal pack (where you can be a ghost hunter and have that table and cool decor) I have the pets pack so first time pets and cats and dogs and I have the get famous but completely got rid of the island living and is making me rebuy it. I wish there was away to get ahold of them yourself so I can the packs I paid for back.
