Pack missing after update

I updated the game and I noticed my horse ranch world is gone. I only see a blank world? I had a duplicate of it where one had lots and was functional and the other one wasn’t. now I’m left with the nonfunctional one. 

I restored licenses and even deleted the game and reinstalled it with all the packs I own and it’s still gone! Help
