What platform are you playing on? If you are playing on PC or Mac, try clearing the EA app cache and see if that helps

I’m on PS5. EA app shows I can purchase them (again) but when in the store, it says they’re already purchased. I thought it might be the PS subscription but doesn’t seem to be the issue either.

Hi Big_Red4578
Did you fully purchases these packs or were you accessing them from your PlayStation Plus membership? Both of these packs have recently been removed from the PlayStation Plus catalog, you'd need to fully purchase them to keep playing.
If you did purchase them, please try the following:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

I figured when I reinstalled the game that it hadn’t been actually purchased and moved from the gaming catalog. I read a few weeks ago about the license renewal on Reddit, which I have done too. But when I go to the shop to fully purchase the pack, it still says I already own it. I’ll keep navigating my way through it and see if I can get them purchased. Thanks for reaching out.

Gotchya, if you're not able to purchase it from the PS store, I'd recommend getting in contact with PlayStation support so they can take a look at your Sony account and billing details.
