Let's be sure everything is properly linked on your account - from the main menu of The Sims, please head into Game Options-> Other and be sure the Online Social Features Access box is checked. You'll also want to be sure your PSN ID is linked with your EA account here.

Yes that's already done. Do you have a solution for this annoyance?

Any update on this? I’m also dealing with this (for several months now) and I have the latest update installed.
