Please Fix Constant Crashing On PS5

I don't think my game has ever crashed this much before now. I'm currently rebuilding every lot in Willow Creek and repopulating it with families, and it is crashing constantly in build mode AND in C...

I'm up to 15 crashes. Today. And this has become my normal. I can't even load in to play. I haven't been able to play even once since the update that added hearing aids and other items.

I have the latest version of the game. the game is dully updated. my ps5 is fully updated. 

the error I seem to be getting the most is CE-108255-1

Are you currently on version 1.70?

Please run through every step listed out in the article here, let me know if you're seeing any improvement with the crashing then.

    @EA_Solaire Yes, I have 1.70.

    I have tried the link's instructions before and it did not fix or improve anything. I should also point out sims 4 is the only game I have that I have problems with. 

    I did manage to get on today. For the first time since the 1.70 update, literally over a month ago. It took me almost 2 hours with 32 failed attempts to load (I kept track on a note pad).
