Please run through every step listed out in the article here, let me know if you're seeing any improvement with the crashing then.
@EA_Solaire Yes, I have 1.70.
I have tried the link's instructions before and it did not fix or improve anything. I should also point out sims 4 is the only game I have that I have problems with.
I did manage to get on today. For the first time since the 1.70 update, literally over a month ago. It took me almost 2 hours with 32 failed attempts to load (I kept track on a note pad).
