So I recently got my own ps4, on my husbands I have sims 4 and a bunch of dlc's and I tried to install them on my system. We had to do a system restore thing and I was able to get back all but island living. Idk why its still saying I've never owned it but my mermaid family was my longest played game and I'm really sad. I'm not sure what to do, it still shows up on my husbands that I own it I just can not for the life of me get it to my new system.
@Kitsoona If you purchased the DLC on your husbands account, his account has to be logged in to your PS4 and activate your PS4 as primary in order to download and use the DLC on your console. If you purchased the DLC on your account, check that your console is set as primary for your account.
It was all under my profile just in his PlayStation, and after realizing I couldnt find it I redownloaded the Game on my husbands ps4 and its not even on there anymore. Idk if it got saved to the external hard drive that fried and thats why but I can't find any proof I owned it and its killing me.
