PS4 glitches with season and age

I have restarted my ps4, I have checked for updates, I have even deleted the game and redownloaded the game. My seasons are not working it will say it’s on day seven and never change, it’s raining everyday even tho it’s on winter and when I leave my lot it’s snow everywhere else. And the house is always cold where they wear their coats even tho there is a thermostat.  
On top of going into options and game play it will not let med turn off the aging or adjust life span, I even tried it with the cheat code and it still does not work. Small things like not being able to drag things to the trash can or sink doesn’t work anymore either, I have a couple that is married yet the prompts says ask to stay the night and other weird ones as if they are not married and live together.  I’m not a play all the time person I get in once in a while. And I’m very sadden the past two days have not been enjoyable I had to stop play because there’s too many glitches.
