[PS4/XB1] Updating Graphics Settings Message

This has been happening to me for months now and I genuinely thought it was the game doing something good, now I just want it to stop. It's nothing but a giant annoyance. At first it was once every other week, then once a week, now it's 4-7 times in a 5/6 hour play session, twice it happened in the space of an hour. The only time I've ever noticed an actual change to the graphics was when they got worse than they had been. The hair colour of my sim went from in-game white, to varies shades of grey and Blarffy became a black void of nothingness that looked very disturbing. Today I've put in maybe 8 hours and it's happened 6 times so far, today. 

I'm playing on Xbox One and I have to agree with what everyone is saying lately. They've been pushing so much new content, expansion packs, kits, stuff packs and everything else, instead of fixing the problems that are already in the game because they care more about all the money they can make, instead of actually making it so ALL players are enjoying the game (I'm of the opinion that PC players get more love). I come back to this forum every few months or so, with new issues that pop up and just destroy my enjoyment of the game and because of it I abandon the game for months, sometimes years at a time hoping that while I'm away something will have been done to fix the crap...only to come back to more crap that makes me regret buying any of it. 

To reiterate...put glitter on a pile of crap - it's still a pile of crap...and I'm getting tired of wiping it off my shoes. Shovel your sh*t Sims!!

P.S. Before anyone says it may be because I'm not playing on current gen console...current gen console players are having this issue too and my Xbox has no issues playing other games with better graphics, or hell any other game that I own...the Sims 4 is the only game that has ever made my Xbox crash...that says a lot in my opinion.
