Since deleting some stuff I haven't gotten the message at this house but do still get it at another house that is decorated a lot. I never had this issue with that lot before Cottage Living time and now get it every time I visit the lot. I even get severe lag while there that I didn't have before and crashed twice while trying to load the lot yesterday and that never happened before either. For some reason it seems that the amount of stuff we're allowed to have on a lot has been lowered. I only get this lag, the graphics message and crashing while at my bigger lots. The house I'm still having problems at was built on PS4 and I played in it for months with zero issues. I'm now on PS5 and the house was still running great because I played in it again last year while updating it and now I have to fight just to load it. I don't have any of these issues when playing on smaller lots. I played in a smaller house the other day for 12 hours straight and it ran beautifully. I shouldn't be struggling to play in houses on a PS5 that gave me no issues on a PS4

Here's the setting I changed on my Xbox Series S. If anyone wants to check it on theirs too, but remember your original settings so you can always change it back. Mine was unchecked, so I checked it. I haven't had the message since:
Settings>tv & display options>device control>HDMI/CEC✓
This setting allows HDMI Consumer Electronics Control to (CEC) to control your display or AV receivers
It may be a pure coincidence that the message stopped on my Console after I changed this setting.
It's difficult to know what else to try when, like with most technical console problems we get very little technical support from the development side of things. This thread has had no assistance really, we're just having to figure it out ourselves with more consoles impacted daily. Mine may be working for now but I'd like to see some input on this and to have it taken seriously. But one thing I can recommend I've actually found is console manufacturer support, they can be really helpful. Microsoft staff were really great in helping me with error codes and crashing on my old Xbox one so that's another avenue to pursue. Someone somewhere must know why this is happening and a definitive fix since now we know it's not down to a lack of graphics optimisation on next gen consoles, because more are affected.
