[PS4/XB1] Updating Graphics Settings Message

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? EP13: 1.assets.live2_console-ep13.2
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have everything except, modern menswear kit, little campers kit, and the bathroom clutter kit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You just play a save file for a bit and it will go to a blue loading screen that says “we’re fixing your graphics so you can continue to enjoy your game” or something along the lines of that.
What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn’t fix my graphics at all, it makes them go from super great to all patterns and floors, walls, anything, it goes blurry and I have super bad graphics, and I have to restart my game so it doesn’t look horrible, which also takes forever on console.
What do you expect to see? I want it to stop trying to “fix” my graphics, they don’t need to be worse than what they are.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
