PS5 Gallery Malfunction: library mode only. Authentication error.

PlayStation plus subscription: good standing PlayStation network: connected
All packs except: journey to batuu, business chic, refined living room, cozy kitsch, sweet slumber, party essentials, urban homage, goth galore, castle estate, modern luxe, poolside splash, carnival, modern mens, incheon, fashion street, country kitchen, throwback fit. Feel free to add these to my account considering all the bug reports I’ve done for EA.
Special packs I do have: holiday celebration pack, grim’s guitar.
Issue: gallery will not load. I saw a flash of an error for a split second that I needed to “authenticate on EA app” but I am playing on PlayStation. My account is connected to EA. There’s nothing to authenticate.
- Closing and relaunching ts4 doesn’t fix the gallery. Instead of gallery it states “library.” Annoying. The only fix is to close out the sims 4 and then fully restart the PS5.
- After restarting the gallery usually works for a few minutes then issues reinstate.
- closing out the sims 4 and relaunching without restarting the PlayStation does not resolve the gallery issue. Only restarting the PlayStation fixes the problem temporarily.
- I am connected to the internet via Ethernet cable. I have verified that I am connected to the PlayStation network and all is well on the internet front. My download and upload speed is normal.
- I did recently upload a lot of things to the gallery recently; I think it’s unrelated to me being able to access the gallery, since it is available to me sometimes and I have successfully uploaded since this bug began.
- I have purchased over $1200 of DLC from the sims 4 and not being able to share my builds or access content is positively heartbreaking. Especially since people seem to really enjoy most of my builds.
