[PS5] Gallery Missing in The Sims 4 – Only “My Library” Shows

Question

Hi, I’m playing The Sims 4 on PlayStation 5, and the Gallery has disappeared from the main menu. I only see “My Library.”

I’m connected to the internet, the game is fully updated, and social features are enabled. I tried logging into my EA account from in-game, but it gives an error and the Gallery still doesn’t show.

I’ve already submitted a support ticket, but I haven’t heard back yet.

Has anyone else experienced this issue recently on PS5? Is there a known fix or workaround?

It's due to the delayed update, us console players are playing on an older version than the latest released update. We just have to wait until they release the update :)

This literally just happened to me everything in my library builds that I’ve been working on gone. Everything is gone.
