PS5 issues crashing

I am constantly crashing all of a sudden. A few days ago, it kept crashing as I was trying to get my Sim to travel. Finally it succeeded. Now, this evening, every time I try to get the teens to go to prom it crashes. Over and over and over. I've tried both teens, 1 teen, clearing cache. Nothing seems to work. I've been trying to make it work for an hour and a half now. I have no idea what to do. I haven't done anything differently. The teens are working on their skills. It's so frustrating. One of the teens has a prom date and I don't want them to have the resentment due to not going. Ugh. Not sure what to do.
