Re: Age restriction for online gallery?
@nicolareed I found a couple threads that may help. It looks like underage (under 13) accounts do not have gallery access.
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/online-access-for-child-accounts/ This link has a lot of information on underage accounts. I think the information that you would find the most helpful is towards the bottom. It includes the console, a contact, and some other info.

- Select the Sims
- Select your Platform
- Select a Topic
- Select an issue
- At the next screen you can chat with a live support person.
