Re: Can’t see inside my house or get my sims to go inside my house

@GonzoPixel  When you moved the family did you play them on the new lot or did you just do it all from Manage Worlds?

I started a new game, and downloaded the house to the lot from the gallery I saved it in. Then I created the household and moved them in. Is that not right? I'm quite new to the game so unsure of the right way to do it. Thanks for helping 

@GonzoPixel  sounds correct for moving a household in to a lot. Can you use your Sims phone to move household and move them to another lot? Make sure you select "Sell furniture" when you move. You can move them to an empty lot even. Once there in the new lot, select your Sims phone and move the household back to the lot you want them to live at permanently. See if the lot works properly then.
